ZEDS is a two-phase deep sleep formula engineered to help you fall asleep faster and stay in restorative sleep longer. The Onset phase calms the nervous system and reduces time to sleep, while the Sustain phase supports deeper, uninterrupted sleep through the night.
Unlike most sleep supplements, ZEDS contains no melatonin. It works with your body's natural sleep architecture rather than overriding it.
Melatonin is a hormone. Taking it exogenously — especially in the high doses found in most sleep products — can suppress your body's own production over time and disrupt your natural circadian rhythm.

No. ZEDS is specifically formulated to avoid the sedation hangover associated with antihistamine-based sleep aids and high-dose melatonin products. You wake feeling restored, not residually medicated.
Generally compatible with most supplement stacks. The formula already contains magnesium, B6, and zinc — be mindful of duplicating these if you take a general multivitamin.
If you take benzodiazepines, SSRIs, or other CNS-affecting drugs, consult your GP before adding ZEDS.

Note that sleep disruption can have structural causes — sleep apnoea, for example — that no supplement will resolve. If you suspect an underlying condition, consult a sleep specialist.
